Hello! I am searching for a room to rent for the long-term for my pet cat and I to stay in. My budget is roughly $1,100 max, but I am flexible if utilities are included in the rent. In the Brooklyn or Queens area would be great. I am looking for non-scam and serious offers only, hopefully to move in by July 1st. Currently I am in-between jobs but I do have a guarantor, I would just need to get an idea of any fees or deposit upfront. I am very cleanly and open-minded/mature, I do not care for drama at all.
