I’m a 64 yr old male non-smoker, employed full time. I am looking for a quiet place, no noise and definitely no drama. Something close or short walking distance to the subway in the $700-$900 range. Currently living with a lovely family. Leaving because the house is going to be sold. Ideally looking to move the first week of May.

Working 5 days a week. Off on Thursdays and Sdays. Generally out by 6:30am and back arod 7:30pm. I tend to keep to myself and yes that means I won’t have people going in and out of the apartment all the time. Not anti-social just a reserved personality (Cancer) and I enjoy my down time using my laptop, listening to music or watching movies. Headphones on of course.
I respect others privacy and I’m flexible with kitchen and bathroom times. No problem with cleaning, taking out trash etc. I also love pets and don’t mind helping with their care.
