Available July 1st 2025 onward – a partially covered parking spot at 139 Skillman Ave.

Location:
The spot is ideally located 2 blocks from the Graham Ave L-Train stop. The building is located on Skillman Avenue, a quiet, 1-way residential street off Manhattan Ave. The parking spot is on the grod floor and is mostly covered by the building (a multi-story condo with long term individual it owners).
Access:
The spot is accessible via a marked driveway. There is no gate. The building is rare for Brooklyn in that the grod floor contains a lobby and protected parking area. The spot itself is located at the back of the parking area next to the back door of the lobby. The driveway wraps arod the building. There are 2x 90 degree turns. See images.
Security:
The parking area is well lit and has multiple video cameras. This spot is located near the back of the parking area next to the lobby rear entrance.. Additionally, there are cameras pointed at the spot, signage about the cameras, and bright lights make this spot even more secure.
What Kind Of Vehicle Can The Spot Fit?
Our past tenants have parked a Tesla sedan, a BMW 2-series, and a Jeep Wrangler in this spot. The spot does require good back-up skills! Pads have been added to the columns arod the parking spot. Mini-vans, trucks, and large SUVs will not fit. The spot itself is quite large, but the drive through the parking area to the spot includes multiple sharp corners.
Price:
$300 / month if you want to lease the spot for a minimum of 3 months. If you want the spot for 6 months or more, I can lease it for $250/month. This spot is owned by a long term, local owner at 139 Skillman with the direct phone number of the super. In the case there is a car blocking you from entering/exiting, you let me know and I work quickly to resolve it.
