## Roommate Wanted (8 to 12 months)

I’m looking for a responsible and respectful roommate to share a living space with. You would get the bedroom I will take the loft bed in front room. You would have total privacy.
Now, Ideally, I would like a working professional (u work from an office each day as I work from home) with a stable income, which can be verified through W-2s or bank accot statements. The apt is exceptionally clean .. Cleanliness in ur space is an MUST and consideration for common spaces are also a must.
