Cozy 1 bedroom waterfront lake apt. Excellent location for traveling nurses or physicians on a temporary assignment or someone new to the area in need of housing while looking to purchase a home.

Living room will have a upholstered sitting chair/recliner, dining table/chairs, microwave and fridge. No stove.
central air, large flat screen Roku smart TV in living room and in bedroom (queen bed)
Bathroom has a jetted shower (massage jets and rainfall) with sod system (radio with bluetooth connectivity) AND a Toto Washlet bidet toilet with remote.
All utilities included. WIFI, trash, ladry also included.
Shared ladry room and rec room with foosball table
Fire pit and dock to Goodyear Lake.
Available now through May 17, 2025. No extension at this location is possible.
We may be able to offer alternate housing for the summer for the tenant who wishes to return to the lake in September 2026. Absolutely no smoking/vaping of any kind, no pets allowed, no exceptions.
