Our environmental nonprofit has evolved out of the current office and is seeking a small office in the area of Mosholu Parkway. We organize clean-ups and work with commity residents to clean up the parkland and playgrods. We also do sidewalk trees in business areas.
It is a staff of 3 but we alternate office days.
We are open to:
Office in a residential building-
Office within an office in an already established business that would want to share a space.
The office needs to fit 2 desks/file cabinet- office supplies – books/boxes- some garden tools.
We are open to seeing other spaces too.
IRS Rules. The Internal Revenue Service calls office space donations in-kind donations. The IRS encourages in-kind donations by allowing individuals and businesses to take a tax deduction for the fair market value of the service. Also If expenses are incurred by the tax-exempt organization in the facility, and the property management company will cover those expenses such as gas, electricity, and water, those amots may be deductible by the company as they are actual costs incurred in providing the space to the organization.

We are volteers so we are looking for something either in-kind in exchange for landscape-garden upkeep or very minimum.
We can provide property beautification and upkeep for property managers.
