I’m leaving from January – July, ideally seeking a visiting Professor/AP or grad student(s) or couple/family for the Spring semester.
Stning & artistic, built in 1937 on 2 acres, vintage eclectic interiors. Living room features vintage furniture from the early 1900s & 1940s, rare paintings, vinyl record player, and nice TV with electric fireplace. Beds are comfy, perfect for a family up to 4, & 1 pet is allowed. Home is 5-7 min to Ithaca, 10 min to IC, 15 min to Cornell.
2,100 sq foot home with 2 floors on 2 acres. You’ll have 3 guest bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, multiple living spaces (including a large office!) and ique outdoor areas (2 covered porches). There’s also a fenced-in yard with 2 fire pits.
Bedroom 1: Master (upstairs) – Firm King Bed, 2 large closets
Bedroom 2: Guest room (upstairs) – Queen bed, firm pillowtop
Bedroom 3: Guest room (downstairs, seasonal due to less insulation – best used for guests, not FT) – Queen bed, foam/Tempur-Pedic like
You’ll love the view of the valley, and the yard was built for entertaining. There are 2 fire pits, 2 screened-in porches (smaller front/smoking porch and back ‘outdoor living room’), & a hand-built lean-to/gazebo in woods.
