I am looking for someone who will take over my lease for a studio apartment that will continue till Je 27, 2026. Rent is $1490 per month, which does not include electricity and internet. This is a studio apartment with washer and dryer in the bathroom and a parking space right in front on the lot. There is air conditioning/heating and a pet fee to pay if you wish to keep a pet in the it. The apartment is 15 minute drive from downtown Ithaca and is just north of Ithaca airport (though there is zero airplane/noise pollution in the area). 5 minute drive from Ithaca mall and just a great location for commuting. Let me know fast as I am looking to move out as soon as possible. Thanks.
