Close to everything (well, several things) near the north end of Trinity Bellwoods park. 20ish minute walk to U of T campus, transit steps away. Renovated with wood floors (carpet in bedroom), private ladry, a separate entrance, and a contemporary feel. The house has central A/C, which is handy during hot spells. There is access to a shared yard and a spot in the garage to park a bicycle. The ceiling height is about 6’7″ with a couple lower spots, so perhaps not ideal for someone over 6′.
The house is owner occupied by two mostly-hard-working professionals who know how to fix things. We have a 10 year-old son, so we’re looking for a mature, respectful housemate who views home as sanctuary. The previous tenants stayed for many years; it’s a great spot for the right person. Sorry, no smoking or pets on accot of allergies. Excellent references and credit are a must. The rent is $1650 and that includes all utilities plus wifi.
