I am selling my 4.65 acre property in Candor. This is a multi-use property located near farms and open land. It is a perfect semi-off grid space. It could also be used for hay production and storage, or a business. I have lived here with my goats and ducks for 3 years. Property has a well and sale includes a barn, greenhouse, fenced area, carport, a shed that could be converted into a tiny house or office, and a shed for equipment storage. There is also a non-roadworthy horse trailer that I use as a r-in shelter for my goats. Power available at the road, though I’ve done fine with solar and a generator. There is a small parking area at the road. Property is feasible for a septic system but I compost.
