The apartment is perfect for one guest, or up to three. Prospect Heights is the BEST neighborhood in Brooklyn. Completely central location, you will be steps away from the Botanic Gardens, The Brooklyn Museum, Prospect Park, Grand Army Plaza, and you are a mile away from Atlantic Terminal Mall, with tons of train transfers, AND the LIRR. The apartment itself is arod the corner from the 2/3 subway, and 10 minutes from the B/Q and 4/5.
Ladromat are and fluff and fold arod the corner, plenty of grocery stores to pick from, and some of the best bars, restaurants, and nightlife. Tom’s Diner is ICONIC for its specialty pancakes! And Radio bakery is second to none, trust me!
Still reading? Let me tell you about my lovely apartment. I live alone in a well maintained, smoke-free, quiet, pre-war walk-up, on the 4th floor. The space has high ceilings, gleaming hardwood floors, a separate eat-in kitchen, one bedroom with full size bed and window it air conditioning, full bathroom with a tub, and large living room with a futon sofa that pulls out to a comfortable full size bed. An air mattress is also available for your use. The apartment has south-facing windows that flood the space with natural light. The walls are painted. I pride myself on keeping the space clean and tidy. This is perfect living space for one, two, or three people.
You will have your own empty armoire to keep your belongings, the towels and linens are available for your use, and you are welcome to use any of my cookware, watch my DVDs, pick through snacks in the pantry, etc. In other words, you are more than welcome to make yourself at home. Just please don’t be gross, while this is not an AirBNB, I keep my home tidy, do my best to conserve energy, and expect the same of my tenants. Simply remove your shoes in the mud room, turn off lights and turn off the AC its anytime you leave the apartment, (leaving fans on while you are out to keep the air circulating is nice,) and clean up after yourself in the kitchen and bathroom. NO SMOKING. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING.
