I’m subletting my cozy, well-maintained studio apartment on the Upper West Side for approximately 2–3 months while I navigate a career change. I’m looking for a responsible, respectful, and quiet individual who will take good care of the space.

The apartment is located on a beautiful, residential UWS block and is ideal for someone seeking a calm, comfortable place to live in Manhattan — perfect for a professional, graduate student, or someone relocating short-term.
Apartment details:
Studio apartment (approx. 400 sq ft) with walk in closet and additional coat closet in living area. Kitchenette with lots of storage space, oven and fridge. Full bathroom.
High loft-like ceilings
Fully furnished – bed, couch, rug, TV, and additional chest of drawers in closet.
Great natural light
Clean, thoughtfully organized, and well cared for, in a quiet building
Walk-up building
No ladry in building but ladromats nearby
Close to the 1/B/C subway lines and easy access to grocery stores, parks, and cafes
Close to both Central Park and Riverside Park
Sublet details:
Available: February 1st to end of April (flexible by a week or so)
Rent: $3,300 per month (all utilities and WiFi included)
