Hello all!
I have two very spacious bedroom furnished with just a king size bed, two end tables, bookshelf and a dresser available in a three bedroom apt. The rooms have two big windows and a large closet.
The kitchen is very spacious as well as the bathroom which has a separate bathtub and a walk in shower!
The apartment is located in one of the nicest developing areas in Brooklyn, a block away from the beautiful Prospect Park!
There are many convenient shops arod like Duane Reade, Popeyes, Supermarkets, Check Cashing, Metro PCS, Wine Store, Chinese, Ladromat, Clothing Stores, McDonalds, KFC, Restaurants, ext. Internet and utility bill will be split by all of us less you don’t want the internet, then we all will just split the gas and electric bill.
You must be someone who can stay a long-term (6 months or more), has proof of STABLE employment, (backgrod check required – $40 fee) DRAMA FREE, someone who is VERY respectful, No mail, must be clean (if you make any mess anywhere in the house you must clean it up immediately, no dishes left in sink ext, basically “CAYG” – clean as you go lol), No excessive overnight guest. No pets please. First months and last months share + half security and $60.00 (which covers your share of utility bill (give or take), required to move in.
