This second story two bedroom is now available. Tenant pays electric/electric heat. The security deposit of $1000 and the first month rent is needed before move in. We are looking for a tenant with good references from past rentals and a decent credit score. No pets allowed. No smoking is allowed inside. Applications may be picked up at our office on 182 Mill Street Monday thru Friday from 1:30PM til 5PM. We can also email you an application. There is no application fee.
