Two bedroom mobile home on spacious rural lot. Looking for responsible, credit worthy, long term tenants that want a place that they can treat as their own. Two large bedrooms, two full bathrooms. Large living room, large kitchen, dining room. Washer/dryer hookups (current machines in place are for sale) . Forced hot air furnace(kerosene), electric hot water. Must have decent credit score, steady income, references to prove how you will take care of the property. NO PETS/NO SMOKERS!!! First months rent, security deposit necessary.
