-Two bedrooms, No smoking in the apartment, NO DOGS(only because of past problems), one cat allowed with proof from vet that the cat has been fixed.

-I will need to see proof of income: Either your last two pay stubs or your latest S.S. Benefits Statement.
-Utilities through National Grid are not included in the rent. Only water, sewer and trash pickup are included.
-On West Main Street near John’s U-Haul garage.
-Off-street parking for one SMALL vehicle.
-There are no washer/dryer hookups in building but there are two ladromats half a mile away.
-I will need your first month’s rent and security deposit before I can give you the keys.
-I can’t respond to texts or emails so please call the number provided between 7 and 8 pm.
PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE CALLING: I am looking for one clean, quiet and mature tenant or a clean, quiet and mature couple who would be a good fit as a neighbor for the upstairs tenant who is a senior gentleman and has been living in the building for many years. Call Bob at show contact info
