Semi private tiny loft bedroom. Ceiling is almost 10 feet high. Has 33″X33″ table with my er, you may use.and 38″ hanging bar. And 14″X35″ shelves X5. Bed is twin size with quite new mattress. No smoking or drugs, or sleepover allowed. 2 bedroom grod floor apt. no stairs. clean safe quiet. Utilities and wifi are expensive and going up in price but I include them in price. If you don’t like the room I will refd the used months rent, no deposit required. Proof you can pay though. Must help me keep eat in kitchen clean. My cousin moved back to Maine to help her mother so female is prefered since she visits a few times a year and stays in living room bed. I almost 85. am. out every day. Shower is in kitchen with screen and apt. has 3 inside doors. The apt. is somewhat slummy I play trumpet and violin, theatrical backgrod. Will answer all questions. Have had roomates since 2006 on and off. Ladry arod corner. Apt. between 9 and 10 avenue and. in mid 40’s. This is so small it’s for a small person like 5’4 and less.
