I am looking to spend a chk of time in LA this winter (1-2 months) and I would either like to swap apartments with someone or sublet a place in LA while someone sublets my place here. Dates fairly flexible.
My place has a dishwasher, ladry in it, and a balcony off the bedroom (ideal for smokers!). Other features include Smart TVs with all the streaming services in both the living room and bedroom, queen-sized bed with comfortable Casper mattress, deep bathtub, blackout curtains for a good night’s sleep, and heating/cooling its that you control yourself. 3rd floor walk-up. Ideal for one person or a couple.
I would love to find someone who’s down to take care of my two cats while they are here, and if you have cats in LA, I’d be down to take care of them, too. Otherwise I can leave my cats with a friend.
Apartment is located in a great area, walking distance to all the f stuff in Bushwick but on a quiet residential block. JMZ at Myrtle/Broadway or L at Morgan.
