My roommate and I have one room for rent on the 2nd floor of a 3 floor walk up.
The apartment is a 3 bedroom 2 bath with an in it washer and dryer. This bedroom can comfortably fit a full bed and you would share the bathroom with one other person. Utilities and internet r about $90-100/month (not included in the rent). There is AC and heat in each of the rooms. The apartment is <1 minute from a beautiful park (McGolrick), and near several bars, local coffee shops, and bodegas. It’s about an 8 minute walk from the subway, and 9-10 minute walk from McCarren Park. The tree-lined street is quiet with many families and yog professionals.
