– Top floor walkup (fourth floor)
– Central AC/heat
– Dishwasher
– Ladry in building (free!)
– Bike room
– Rooftop
– Furnished backyard
– Literally the best landlord of all time
The location:
– Just one block from the M and four blocks to the L
– Close to Maria Hernandez Park and cotless coffee shops, grocery stores, bars, restaurants, etc.
Who we are:
– Zach: 31, musician, day job is helping people organize their homes
– Alejandro: 32, artist, day job is video editing and motion graphics stuff. Likes
Who we’re looking for:
– Late 20s/early 30s
– Someone who works from an office or is out of the house a lot (no WFH please)
– Doesn’t smoke or vape
Other stuff:
– $1350 + utilities (usually ~$150 each)
– $500 security deposit
– Move in 10/1, month-to-month lease
