I’m Eva, and I’m looking for a subletter for the month of September! One fully furnished room will be available in my 2-bedroom apartment with its own bathroom for $1350/month plus a security deposit. Utilities are included.
The room has a big window, full sized bed, closet, and desk. We’ll be sharing the living room and kitchenette. Bedrooms are on opposite sides, which provides for a little bit of privacy. You’ll also have access to our roof top garden!
The apartment is centrally located in Crown Heights at 1402 Bedford Ave, and is a 10-minute walk from the Nostrand A,C and Franklin 2,3,4,5,S trains. It’s also walking distance from Prospect Park, Brooklyn Botanical Gardens, and the Brooklyn Library. There are lots of bars and restaurants in the area.
Sorry, no pets. My roommate who is away this month has an allergy and is sensitive to cat and dog hair.
