I have a rescue dog, so fortately no other pets are allowed.
If you like the desk you can have it – otherwise we will move it out for you.
No overnight visitors, no substances: no smoking, drugs, cannabis, alcohol in the apartment. If you want to get legally high and come home that’s ok, but I don’t want anyone alcohol intoxicated in my home.
An arrangement with meals may be possible, we can have a discussion about that if you like.
