Hi, I am looking to sub-let my 1 bedroom loft apartment at Center Ithaca building in the Commons from April 15- Je 30th. The apartment can be vacated after that or you can take over the new lease for the next year. The rent is inclusive of WiFi and water. Electricity bill is paid monthly based on usage. Ladry facility on the same floor, and a range of restaurants on the first floor of the building. The building is right on the Ithaca Commons with lots of bars, pubs, restaurants and coffee shops. The place is a minutes walk to multiple bus stops.
