Are you into coding, AI, or building apps? Want to live affordably in a quiet, creative space with like-minded people?
We have **three private rooms available** in a 3-bedroom apartment in Ithaca’s Fall Creek neighborhood, just about a mile from Cornell. Each room rents for $500 / month, including all utilities and fast internet. You’ll share a kitchen, bathroom, and common area with other curious, friendly programmers.
This isn’t a job, internship, or work-for-rent situation—just an offer of low rent for people who love code. The apartment is part of a personal project by a longtime programmer and former game developer (MoraffWare), meant to bring together people interested in programming, AI, math, language, or educational tools.
There are no obligations: you don’t have to build anything or collaborate less you want to. But if you’re excited about working on side projects and want to live with others who share those interests, this could be a great fit.
🧠 We’re looking for housemates who are:
* Comfortable writing code
* Interested in AI, math, language-learning tools, or other ideas
* Independent, respectful, and easy to live with
🗖️ **Lease rs 10–12 months or Fall only**
* Flexible dates
* No rent due for months you’re not in residence (e.g., Summer 2026)
