Woman in early 40’s looking for a room for at least 6 months to one year. I am just returning to the States and I need to leave my apartment urgently due to cat allergies but I am open to Sept 1.
I also use Medical Marijuana so it will be in my possession though I dont intend to use it indoors. I get along exceptionally well with others as I have spent over 20 years in Customer Experience and Property Management.
For the space, I prefer a large furnished room with windows. I currently pay $850 with utilities included for a duplex with a backyard, in an Extra Large room so looking for similar but can go to $1100.
Open to video showing today and physically passing by sometime this week.
