There’s an several beautiful parks and green spaces nearby (Fort Green Park, Pratt Institute’s landscaped campus, and not far from Prospect Park) and we’re just 1.5 blocks from the both the A/C and G ‘Clinton-Washington’ subway stations.

The newly renovated stning room (1st seven pics) is huge measuring 18’ x 14’ x 9′ with west-facing windows receiving fantastic slight (as does the entire apt.). include a cove ceiling with swanky fan, red oak parquet floor w/walnut boarder, swing-arm wall light, AC, and a closet. A mirrored wardrobe (see pic) comes with the room (some other furniture is available if needed such as desk and upholstered chair in the pics). You’ll have your own newly renovated full-size private bathroom featuring a vintage early 20th century cast iron bathtub. The apartment is exceptionally well serviced and maintained with reliably hot water and pressure 24/7. The large renovated eat-in kitchen has high quality equipment and appliances (Breville, Zojirushi rice steamer, Vitamix, Instant Pot, espresso, air fryer, Wusthof knives, etc.), maple butcher block coters, with a stylish vintage 1920s cast iron double farmer’s sink as the centerpiece.
Ladry machines and utility sink are located in the basement. Apartment has fast cable WiFi (utilities/internet are additional to rent).
We do keep the kitchen really clean and organized: we’re disciplined and responsible about fully cleaning up after ourselves and that’s of central importance so we’re only considering someone that shares similar impeccable kitchen habits.
You’d be sharing the apartment with two very easy going, mature, responsible, and considerate roommates. All rooms are large and everyone has a private bath. It’s a rare relaxing sanctuary, mellow and quiet (it’s not a party apartment and we don’t being the party home).
Looking for a financially stable female roommate with full-time on-site employment (9-5ish) who doesn’t have a hybrid schedule, work from home, or freelance. No couples, indoor smokers, cats or dogs.
First month’s rent and two-month security deposit required.
