Hi!

I’m looking to share a room for approximately 1 year starting Je or July 2025.
I am a single female in my 30s and would prefer a mature, calm atmosphere with another woman/women at least late 20s, up to 50s.
I’m a quiet roommate. I am an early career physician and will be working on building a part-time private telehealth practice which is why I want to save on rent.
I don’t drink or use any substances. I’m very friendly but peaceful and can keep to myself. I have no pets. I’m a Christian.
I prefer Astoria Queens / Long Island City / Snyside. I am open to Manhattan and North Brooklyn.
