Hello….I was a 5 star air bnb host ….still on air bnb but of course it is required now 1 month rentals…if you are in between places or visiting and need a private room ….4 blocks to 96 st. express stop….walking distance to Columbia…Trader Joe’s…Whole Foods….the building is quiet and so is my apartment….the bathroom is right next to room with a hallway giving privacy…..3 night minimum….$125 a night…no fees…longer stay will be less….will be happy to show you the room before renting
