Seeking a roommate / co-occupant to share my spacious one bedroom in LIC, timeshare style. I travel frequently to the midwest and am looking for someone who is seeking up to six months of housing between March 1st 2025 and Feb 28th 2026 while I’m away. The apartment is available for the month of March, and again after May 30th at which point my travel dates are flexible.

The Hter’s Point ferry stop is right downstairs and the Vernon-Jackson subway stop is a short walk (less than ten minutes) away.
This is a great opportity to live in an elevator, doorman building at a reasonable price. You need an ID, proof of income, proof of on-time rental payments and a personal reference. The management company will add you as an occupant if approved.
