Hello.

House was sold here, so I’m in search for another room.
Been here 6 years & as a renter fortately our home is never guaranteed.
About me:
I’m female.
Non smoker.
No drugs.
Non drinker.
No parties.
No guests/company.
No real pets- just a tortoise land, not water.
I’m not a cook, basically just boil water.
Don’t need your livingroom.
Don’t need your cabinets.
Don’t need to add my own decoration to the apartment-you can have it all yours.
Need empty furnished room, which I can help if needed.
I’m very independent & use all my own stuff. Toilet paper, paper towels, etc.
I’m a home organizer, so you know things will always be neat & clean.
Working for myself, always in search for new clients, I can’t afford marketplace,
I’ve always paid $500 for an empty room, for the right person, they went down with.
Of course it doesn’t work for just anyone, only someone who already owns the place or rents on their own,
with a spare bedroom, they might want a good person in their place.
Strictly platonic as always.
I can help on my own doing, vacuuming, organizing, trash, cleaning etc.
No dogs please, thank you for derstanding, already lived with in the past.
I would love to stay in Hicksville.
I’ve rented 3 different locations in Hicksville.
but I know that’s not always possible,
