–Hey everyone; we seek a professional, mature students, foreign student/professional Male Roommate ASAP to Feb 1 move in to fill a room in our 3 BR apartment

–Share Large 3 BR/1 BA with 2 Professional Males, both in their early to mid-30s; one has a 9-5 job and works hybrid at home for a few days out of the week: the other works various hours as a mover/graphics designer. We have a staggered schedule so no conflict with using the BA or Kitch area
–Seek a roommate for at least a 4–6-month minimum stay, although a 6-month stay is preferred
–Medium size Room measuring 100 sq ft with two large windows with open park views and a medium sized closet in the room. Room gets great light.
–The room is currently furnished; although some basic furnishings may be able to be provided
–This is on a 2nd floor of a 3-story walk-up building on a quiet residential block. Very quiet building. Small property so we know our neighbors
–This is an older building so there are no amenities like gym or rooftop, but the rooms and apartments are larger than most newly built buildings.
–Utilities are about $ 40-80 additional per month
–We are 5 blocks from A train on Nostrand Avenue Stop–15 minutes to Manhattan for those going back to the office!
–Ladry, supermarket, restaurants, and bars arod the corner and a few avenues over on Bedford Avenue
–Both the roommates are mostly out of the apartment with work and activities and travel
–We will post better/more photos as soon as possible
–Seek commicative, respectful, non-smoking, no pets, no couples, professional or student roommates
–Email us to get more details and for showings for the room and apartment and to tell us a little bit more about yourself
–We are all subletting: our leaseholder Sarah is good enough to help us find a replacement roommate; if you email or text she may answer and set up appointments to show the apartment but both of us Dan and Boris (the roommates) will be able to meet and interview all potential roommate applicants!
