Rustic one bedroom cabin located in a friendly neighborhood 4 miles from Woodstock and 10 miles from Kingston. Walking distance to the Ashokan Rail Trail. Pets will be considered on an individual basis for an additional fee. Large private yard with fire pit and can be used to Garden. Attached shed for oil tank has storage area. There is a wood stove to supplement or replace oil heat. The ladry room is in the cabin and has extra storage space as well. We will be putting in a new stove and refrigerator. There is a window air conditioner. Lots of off street parking.
