Looking for a male roommate in his 30’s (business professional and single) for a large, well-kept apartment in Lenox Hill/Upper East Side area.
The apartment is a 4th floor walk up located very close to a lot of major subway lines (4,5,6, N, Q, R, W, F) and Central Park. It is very spacious with a large living room, segregated kitchen, private roofdeck, and a guest room.
In the pictures – the fully furnished room and the guest room are both open and roommate would have their choice. The more furnished room in the pictures is the larger of the two.
Electric/gas (via ConEd) and cable/internet (via Spectrum) is already set up. Roommate would be expected to split the utilities.
I am a straight 37-year old man (business professional working for JPM) looking for someone similar to share the space with who is clean, social and enjoys the city. No pressure/obligation to hang out, but there will be people over on some weekends as the apartment is a large, conducive space for hosting small gatherings/parties.
