Looking for a February 15th move in. Rent is $1,150/month (includes heat and hot water) plus utilities (internet, gas, and electricity, which is exceptionally low because we have solar panels). There is a washer, dryer, and dishwasher in the it. No pets, fortately, but plants are welcome.
Your bedroom is 10’3 x 8’7 with a closet. It comfortably fits a full size bed (current roommate has a queen size bed), desk, and small table. The common areas (living room, kitchen) are spacious, as well as the bathroom.
I’ve lived in the apartment for two years. I like a chill, quiet living space, not a party house. The home owners live upstairs with their three children. They are patient, kind, accessible and respond promptly to any issues if they arise.
You would be signing the lease with me. One month’s security deposit and first month’s rent are due upon lease signing. The owners will ask for proof of income, credit, and backgrod check.
