Looking for someone to stay at my apartment with me for the next few months while I get back on my feet its a very large and beautiful home. The place will be mostly yours since I travel a lot for work. so kind of like house sitting would allow bartering

Just want to cover basic expenses like utilities and cleaning . No smoking I have a back yard and a private entrancce
If you need help fiancially I have work in the variouse businesses I have up! I ask that you dont bring in a pet and you are semi clean close to every subway station line in the city except for J l and m. pictures upon request! I am open to barter if rent is stuff right now!
