This room is $65 per night or $1600 per month for longer periods. Great for travelers or visitors. Two to three month stays are desired for longer term stays.

Located on the top floor of a two-story classic brownstone, the room is adjacent to the extra-large living & dining room area which is complete with a floor to ceiling library, a 10′ dining & work table, three southern facing sny windows, & healthy plant life within an open floor plan living room. There is high speed internet throughout.
The room is furnished with a new full size bed and a leather banquette, closet, and window. There is a door that leads to the open floor plan living/dining area, and another that leads to the shared kitchen and full bathroom (both clean and spare) via a private landing.
Most of the time staying here is like having an entire apt to yourself due to the particular layout (my area is at the opposite end). I am a writer and publisher. I am seeking someone who keeps shared spaces clean. Relaxed, tranquil atmosphere.
Just moments from Prospect Park and a 10 minute bike ride to the Brooklyn Museum. The Q/2/5 trains are within walking distance, as are local buses and Citibikes.
On Cortelyou Road you will find the Food Co-Op, Sycamore Bar & Flower Shop, Honey Salon, Cafe Madeleine, The Castello Plan, Kings Coty Wines, Manchego Tapas Wine Bar, The Garden at Ditmas (Japanese), Lea (Italian), & Werkstaat (Austrian) close by. A diverse commity.
