My girlfriend and I have a room available in our apartment! Your roommates will be 2 guys and 1 girl in their late twenties to early thirties. One works as a hotel manager, one is restuarant manager and the third is in sales. We are all pretty active and are frequently out of the apartment.
The rent is $1,700 including all utilities. You are responsible for $1,700 flat the first of every month and that’s that. – Additionally, a $1,700 security deposit due at move in.
Males prefered. We just hope you are nice, interesting, at least somewhat fny, mostly clean, don’t smell and do not have a live-in GF or BF (that being said, GF’s/BF’s are obviously welcome at the apartment). You will be hopefully be employed full-time, have multiple part-time jobs or at least something that keeps you somewhat busy.
The apartment has central air, washer/dryer and a dishwasher. It has a huge living room and receives lots of natural light from big windows that lead to a chill fire escape. The room is large enough for a queen size bed and additional furniture. Building has keyless touchpad entry and video buzzer. We have stair access to a partially finished rooftop with amazing views of midtown and the apartment has a kick ass location, we are 5-7 minutes walking to the L and G, as well as the JMZ. The apartment building itself is old, not one of those ugly ass buildings popping up, but is completely newly renovated on the inside. If you know Williamsburg at all, we have one of the best locations possible, just a couple blocks from, Metropolitan and Bedford. Proper Williamsburg, not “East Williamsburg” / Bushwick.

– skateboarding
– cheap beer
– good beer
– oysters
– cooking dinner
– hockey
– whiskey
– summer
– Lucky Dog, Fresh Kills and Midway
This room always fills fast when available.
If you can, please send us photos and/or Instagram links so we can check you out, we can do the same if you want. We are all social and like to have a good time (ie. listen to music, have people over sometimes and hang out on the roof). If you are interested, we would be happy to set up a time for you to come see the apartment. It really is a great place.
