We have a 4 bedroom apartment, elevator building, located in the Hamilton Heights neighborhood, just one block away from Riverbank State Park, the #1 train, many bus lines (M11, M100/M101, M4/M5).
The room has a private door and comes with a shared bathroom! Only you and one other person will use that bathroom. Has just been freshly painted and renovated. It will be available starting February 1, 2025. Long term sublet til January 31, 2026, with the option to extend for another year afterwards. MUST BE WILLING TO SIGN 1 YEAR LEASE!
