You must be employed, responsible ,clean ,quiet individual, not accepting gov. programs . Asking for 4wks sec./ 2wks rent total $1410 to move in. You will need 4 current weeks of paystubs w/copy of your state Id. The Room is $235 a week and is non-negotiable, also CRIMINAL BACK GROUND CHECKS ARE PERFORMED all documents requested are verified within 2-3 business days before your allowed to move in….Close to shopping/transportation/ladry and convenience stores…..
