Peaceful three bedrooms and one bath. It is our home. Extremely quiet apartment and building.
Description of the bedroom: There is a twin size bed, large side dresser, and a closet. Wi-Fi and utilities is included in the rent. All the furniture is in excellent condition. Nice neighbors.
There is no smoking, no loud music nor heavy drinking permitted. No visitors allowed and no pets either.
Proof of employment and income. First’s month’s rent, last and security deposit will be due on the first day. Short, midterm or long term roommates are welcomed.
