I’m moving out of my enormous room in a 4br/2bath (2 floors!) in Park slope. I’ve lived in this amazing apartment for 5 years. It’s a 3 min walk from the Barclays center/Atlantic terminal (all of the trains except the G).
There’s a dishwasher and ladry (w/d) in it. Updated kitchen appliances. Shared bathroom with full tub and ample storage space, shared with 1 other person who is very clean. The landlady lives in the parlor floor apt (separate from ours) and is very responsive with any repairs.
Roommates are two men, 28 & 29 years old, and one woman, 30 years old. Everyone is kind of ships passing in the night, friendly but rarely see one another. Everyone cleans up after themselves and are respectful of each other and the space.
You must be fully employed. No pets, no smoking. The bathroom would be shared with the female roommate and she prefers to share with another woman!
