Room in a two bedroom in exchange for a helping me with General house sitting and basic taking care of the place.
Never home working over 40 hours a week plus travel. The apt has been in my family for years it’s my job to maintain it so now it’s your opportity if your looking to save on rent? I live here alone on the months that I’m in NYC otherwise I teach in a different part of the state.
