I’m looking for someone to take over my part of the lease in a cozy duplex apartment located just off Greenpoint Ave, steps from the G train and a 13-minute walk to the 7 train. Perfect for those who value convenience and a peaceful neighborhood.
Lease ends 9/30/25 with option to renew.
About the Space:
• The room is part of a spacious duplex shared with 5 other roommates (2 on the first floor – 1 male, 1 female; 3 on the second floor – all males).
• Roommates are 22–30, LGBT+ friendly, and cat friendly. Everyone is respectful, keeps to themselves, and is mindful of noise and shared spaces.
• Washer/dryer and dishwasher in-it for added convenience.
• Cute rooftop that’s perfect for hanging out during warm weather.
• Located on a quiet street, but super close to everything Greenpoint has to offer.
Move-In :
• Flexible move-in date: as early as February 1st, or as late as March 1st.
• You’ll need to show:
• Proof of income for the last 12 months

• Proof of on-time rent payments
• Bank statements for the last 12 months
• Credit score
• Valid photo ID
