Hi!! My roommate (28 F) and I (29 F) are looking for a female roommate to fill an empty room in our apartment in Bed Stuy. The room easily fits a queen bed with room for an armoire, desk, and includes a small closet. You would share a full bathroom with my roommate, as well as another closet in the hallway for additional storage. We share a living room, eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and an in-it washer/dryer.

We both work full time and are really easy going.
We value keeping our home clean and an overall happy place where we can be ourselves!
My roommate does have a small dog (Maltese mix) so ideally looking for someone who is comfortable arod animals and shares similar values we do.
The building is located arod plenty of local shops, restaurants, and stores. The C train is a
5-minute walk at Kingston-Throop and the A Train is less then 10 minutes at Nostrand Ave.
Price: $1,450/month + electricity + gas
