Great room in 4 BR available in Bed Stuy Nov. 1st! Our current lease ends Oct. 31, and we are renewing for another year, but we need one more awesome person to sign the lease with us.
About the apt/room: 4 bed, 1 and ½ bath in Bed Stuy off the C train (Kingston-Throop stop). $1135/mo plus utilities (about $70-$80 total for wifi, gas, and electric.) We have exclusive roof access, a nice sized kitchen with any appliance/cookwear you need, and great slit living space. The best part, we have central heat, and a washer and dryer in our apartment(!). Pics of the bedroom are attached. Our roommate who’s leaving is open to selling some furniture if your interested. Otherwise, it’s furnished.
Our Super is awesome and owns the vinyl/café/bookstore next door so he’s always arod and very helpful. We’re right across from a little park with basketball court, playgrod, bench area, etc. The neighborhood is chill, safe… mostly families and yoger people.
About us: Queer space, looking for another awesome queer person to join us. There’s Drew (he/him), gay male, 30s, work in publishing. Sam (they/them), nonbinary, 20s, classically trained pastry chef, and Jensen, bi male, 20s, works in the restaurant industry. We keep a chore chart and rotate duties once a week (kitchen, bathroom, living space, etc.) It’s usually pretty quiet, everyone has their own lives, but we all get along really well when we’re together.
