We’re two guys in our mid-30s, both working professionals—one in tech and the other in architecture—looking for a clean, friendly roommate to join us in our spacious 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath apartment.
About the apartment:
Rent: $1,400/month + utilities (water, hot water, and heat are included in the base rent; gas, electricity, and internet are extra).
Your room comes fully furnished with a bed, mattress, desk, and chair—but feel free to bring your own furniture if you prefer.
There’s a large finished basement, roughly the same size as the main floor.
We have a private backyard with a gas grill and table—perfect for entertaining and BBQs!
A mechanical room with separate street access is available for bike storage.
Two adorable dachshds will greet you with lots of love!
The apartment is less than a 10-minute walk to both McCarren and McGolrick Parks, in a great neighborhood just a five-minute walk from the Nassau stop on the G train.
We’re pretty laid-back and enjoy hanging out, so we’re looking for someone who fits that vibe—someone clean, responsible, and easygoing.
