This is a room with it’s own bathroom located on the second floor (no elevator) of an apartment building in Bedstuy Brooklyn along the C (Short walk to Rockaway Ave). Also 10 minute walk from J train Chacey St or Broadway Jction.
Living here is JJ (25 she/her) and myself (26 he/him). I work from home often as a TV/film composer and JJ works as a dancer and personal trainer. We’re both super nice and commicative and are looking for someone who is the same!
There is one cat that lives here so we ask that you don’t bring in any additional pets.
No ladry in it but there’s a ladromat about a 4 min walk away. Lease is for 12 months and the room is ready ASAP, there’s a nice deli nearby, first & security are required as well as proof of income or a guarantor! I think that’s everything but send any other questions my way.
