Hi! I’m looking for a room or room share to rent in NYC starting October 20th. I’ve had 3 people cancel on me so please DO NOT reach out if you do not have a room or shared space to offer. I’m relocating from Michigan on my own and am searching for secure housing. I’m 25 years old, responsible, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. I am a bartender and can find work easily. My budget is low, so I am willing to do all house chores to make up for that.

If this up I am still looking for a room.
I’m ideally looking for:
Budget: up to $400 per month flat rate.
Location: Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, I’m not picky.
Move-in: October 20th.
Lease: flexible, at least 2 months.
About me:
I’m easygoing, social but also value privacy, and I always keep common areas tidy. In my free time I enjoy reading, writing, binge watching tv, exploring outside, and experiencing the vastness of life.
