Hello everyone…I have a large bedroom for rent in a 2 bedroom brownstone apartment furnished…

Specs/note: This is a two bedroom apartment in a brownstone building. The bedroom available for rent was renovated at the beginning of 2025 and painted…it comes furnished with large closet. The room’s dimensions are 11ft. x 13ft. The apartment has a large kitchen a great living room space and moderate sized bathroom(share)there’s plenty of space(for Manhattan)…it’s located in the heart of Chelsea and one block away from the Highline. *The room is Available anytime sometime in January but I’m definitely good with a February 1st 2026 move in date…reason: I want to have the room cleaned and organized before someone moves in…
Note: I am not in a rush to rent this room I’ve already paid rent through February so I’m looking for the right person I’m hardly ever home so I’m looking for someone I can fully trust cleans up after themselves and let’s me know if something needs repair etc those kind’s of things…

Side note: If you know what it cost’s to live in Manhattan than you know that at $1,850…it’s beyond reasonable. *Utilities Included: wifi gas…
*The Electric Bill will be Split in half the cost of the kilowatt in nyc is beyond ridiculous!
*A little bit about me: I’m a 36 year old respectful male…I’m neat and quite…I do not drink alcohol or smoke cigarettes…I read, volteer(for New York Cares)and I spend a substantial amot of time working and working out in different gym’s…I have been blessed to live with amazing roommate’s from all walks of life and have learned so much…I have to say meeting and living with different individuals from all over the world, has truly been a super positive experience…
Re: The Room:
Month to month if you wish or long term whatever the renter prefers. What’s needed to move in: one month rent $1,850.00 and one month deposit $1,850.00. $3,700.00 in total to rent. Once again:
Utilities Included: Gas and WiFi.
Utilities Not Included: Electric bill(coned)
