So the room is a good size! Has a closet and big window with a view of the backyard.
Pics are of when it was furnished to give you an idea of the space. Room is currently furnished. Living room now has less furniture since my roommate moved out so there’s more room if you have stuff that applies to a common space!
Location is great! The place is 1 block from the R train, and a few stops from Barclays Center. It’s also really close to Prospect Park and Greenwood Cemetery. The neighborhood has a lot to offer in regards to shopping, dining, and activities. There’s literally a grocery store on both sides of the block. Ladromat and dry cleaners within 2 blocks. It’s just really convenient.
Me, I’ve been here about almost 6 years now. I’m from Maryland originally and have been in Brooklyn for almost 10 years now. I’m male, 40, and work as a bartender and musician. Don’t worry, I don’t play my drums at home 😉
Anyhow, it would be fantastic to find someone down to earth and responsible to live with. I have my tv and all set up in my room so I’m usually in there if I’m home, and I’m very mindful of keeping volume down and would expect the same from you. I’ve lived with obnoxiously loud people before, and I can’t do it again. Help! Lol
